We were not attended for over 15 minutes, although there were very few other guests sitting at tables in our section. We needed to call over someone to give us menus when we saw a nearby table with menus. The lady attending them was smilingly helping them and the people diagonal to us, yet no one came to help us. When I asked for the check while explaining no one attended to us, she rolled her eyes and walked away.

This is a great go to spot for the dim sum carts. We were seated right away and a flood of carts came our way. The fried fish pictured here was delicious and I recommend the taro fuzz balls. We ordered a roasted pork dish and was a bit surprised with the 13.95 that tagged along. The meat was tender but it was more of a cold cut. The typical dimsum were tasty. Overall I would recommend coming back but basic dishes are at least 3 bucks.

Best Chinese food I've had! Flavors are so fresh. Best sweet and sour soup ever. Try the snow pea leaves. Awesome!!! Potstickers, too. Service was great and very funny. Must come here.

Good dimsum place. Not the best chicken feet. They have silken tofu dessert, but i think the sugar could use some more ginger in it. Pretty good bbq pork.

A downward spiral on the service and some questionable food combinations are hampering CBS. I normally leave large tips at any restaurant, but this time I left an uncharacteristic $2 tip because we had to ask for water and extra sauce, our food came out at vastly different times and the focus of the entire restaurant seemed to be on one table. The peking duck tastes the same as ABC (which is more convenient and right around the corner), but the lamb chops are top notch on juiciness - however overpriced they are. The eggplant and seafood is straight garbage though; I basically paid for a plate I did not eat because of the mushy, ginger-y mess that was served. That is basically my fault for trying something new, so I chalked it up and ate it instead of telling them to take it back. With the service as is, I can not recommend nor see myself ever going back to CBS. I asked friends at a party I went to afterwards have they been there and they tell of middling - nearly inedible - food they received; yet, they say the service was ok. Maybe my new experience was lacking, but for the grossly inflated price of basically regular Chinese food I expect at least decent service to go with it.
